4. Payment & Billing

Fees for services will be agreed upon in advance. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due upon invoice receipt. Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, and creative content produced by Digital Ecom remain our property until payment is received in full. Website content, logos, and trademarks are owned by Digital Ecom and may not be used without permission.

- We make no guarantees of performance, profit, or specific results.

- We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Ecom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, loss of business, or data). Our liability, if any, is limited to the total fees paid to us in the 30 days preceding a claim.
